He has been married to his wife, Jamie for 16 years, and they have a son, Isaac in 6th grade. Before embarking on his journey as a Sports Ministry Director, Ryan was a Senior District Sales Manager for a national retailer with hundreds of employees spanning multiple states. 

When Ryan and Beau met, Beau was working with Ryan’s wife. Jamie saw potential in Beau and introduced him to Ryan. It was then that Ryan recruited Beau, and they began working together. Ryan shares about how meeting his wife was a pivotal moment in his life. It was her that helped lead him to Christ.
