Empowering Leaders with Stacie Riffert
DESCRIPTION:
In this episode, we sat down with Leadership Coach, Stacie Riffert. She has been married to her husband Bob for eight years and has two young daughters. Stacie started working at PepsiCo at a young age as a New Business Sale Rep. Her hard work and dedication helped her climb the ladder within the company, and by age 25, she was working as a General Manager of 135 people with 25 million in revenue. Every 2-4 years, she was moving up to a new position. Eventually, her husband and her both were offered jobs in separate cities. With a young baby, they made the decision to move to Ohio for Bob’s job offer. She tried to make it work with PepsiCo for 9 months, but she eventually knew it was time for something different.
Stacie has a deep-seated desire to have a positive impact on the world, and in 2017, she started her leadership coaching business, Empowered Leadership. Business coaching felt like a natural pursuit with the knowledge and experience she had from her previous jobs. She loves to help people grow their business and give them back the time and the balance that they deserve.
In this episode, Stacie shares about her experience and lessons learned along the way. We hope you enjoy and take away some valuable information!
